By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products from us.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of The Infinite Collector website.

3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Website” means www.infinitecollector.com and any associated webpages.
“Store” means The Infinite Collector, operated by Ascendant Studio s.r.o.
“Customer”, “Buyer”, “You”, or “Your” means any individual or legal entity purchasing products through our website.
“Products” include, but are not limited to:
- Pokémon Trading Card Game products
- Magic: The Gathering products
- Graded trading cards (PSA, CGC and other recognized grading companies)
- Individual trading cards
- Sealed booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes
- Collector’s editions
- Board games
- Gaming accessories
- Gaming memorabilia
- Collectibles
- Promotional items
- Limited edition merchandise
4. Eligibility
By placing an order through our website, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You will not use our products or services for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
5. Acceptance of Orders
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase products.
An order is considered accepted only after:
- payment has been successfully received (unless another payment method is agreed),
- stock availability has been confirmed, and
- you receive an order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- pricing errors,
- technical issues,
- suspected fraud,
- unavailable inventory,
- payment verification failures,
- legal or regulatory restrictions.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
6. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate.
However:
- product images are for illustrative purposes and colours may vary depending on display settings;
- manufacturers may change packaging without prior notice;
- minor printing variations are not considered defects;
- sealed products may have natural manufacturing imperfections that do not affect authenticity.
Many collectible products are produced in limited quantities and may become unavailable without notice.
7. Collectible Products
The Infinite Collector specializes in authentic collectible products.
These include:
- vintage trading cards,
- graded collectibles,
- sealed booster packs,
- sealed boxes,
- promotional cards,
- limited editions,
- convention exclusives,
- discontinued products,
- gaming memorabilia.
Because collectibles often appreciate or fluctuate in value, prices may change without notice based on market conditions, availability, and demand.
Availability of collectible products is not guaranteed.
8. Authenticity
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by The Infinite Collector are genuine and authentic.
Graded cards are authenticated by their respective grading companies before sale.
Where applicable, products remain factory sealed in their original packaging.
Any refurbished, opened, or otherwise modified products will be clearly identified in the product description.
9. Product Condition
We strive to accurately describe the condition of every product.
Condition descriptions may include terms such as:
- Factory Sealed
- New
- Near Mint (NM)
- Lightly Played (LP)
- Moderately Played (MP)
- Heavily Played (HP)
- Damaged
- Graded
For professionally graded cards, the condition is represented by the assigned grade issued by the grading company (such as PSA or CGC). Customers acknowledge that grading standards are determined solely by the grading company and not by The Infinite Collector.
For ungraded cards, condition assessments represent our honest opinion and may vary from another collector’s assessment.
Customers are encouraged to review all product photographs carefully before purchasing.
10. Pricing
All prices displayed on The Infinite Collector website are listed in the currency indicated on the product page and are subject to change without prior notice.
While we strive to ensure all prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund or contact the customer to confirm whether they wish to proceed at the correct price.
Prices do not include shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or any other applicable fees unless explicitly stated during checkout.
11. Payment
We accept payment methods displayed during the checkout process.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized and received. If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to request additional verification to help prevent fraudulent transactions.
12. Taxes, Duties and Import Charges
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable import laws and regulations in their destination country.
For international shipments outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges may apply.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The Infinite Collector has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs charges resulting in returned shipments may result in shipping costs and return fees being deducted from any eligible refund.
13. Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide where permitted by applicable laws and carrier restrictions.
Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and available carriers are displayed during checkout.
Orders are generally dispatched within the processing time stated on the website. During periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be longer.
Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
14. Delivery
Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
Should a shipment be returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
15. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Claims relating to shipping damage should include:
- photographs of the package,
- photographs of the damaged product,
- order number,
- description of the issue.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the claim.
Replacement or refund decisions may depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
The Infinite Collector is not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs inspections,
- weather conditions,
- transportation disruptions,
- strikes,
- force majeure events,
- incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
16. Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability.
Because many collectible products are limited editions or one-of-a-kind items, inventory may change rapidly.
In the event a purchased product becomes unavailable before shipment, customers will receive either:
- a full refund,
- a replacement product (if available), or
- another mutually agreed solution.
17. Product Reservations and Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders or reservations before official release.
Estimated release dates are supplied by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.
Delays caused by manufacturers or distributors are outside our control.
Customers placing pre-orders acknowledge that release dates are estimates only.
Orders containing both pre-order items and in-stock items may be shipped together unless otherwise agreed.
18. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy where applicable.
We reserve the right to cancel orders involving:
- pricing errors,
- stock shortages,
- suspected fraud,
- abuse of promotional offers,
- payment verification issues,
- violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
19. Promotional Offers
Discount codes, promotional offers, gift cards, and special promotions may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions cannot be combined,
- promotional codes have no cash value,
- expired promotions cannot be redeemed,
- misuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation of the order.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.
20. Product Images and Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions.
However, slight differences may occur due to:
- manufacturer packaging updates,
- monitor calibration,
- lighting conditions,
- printing variations,
- product revisions.
Photographs of individual collectible items, including graded cards or unique products, generally represent the exact item offered for sale unless otherwise stated.
For products sold in multiple quantities, the photographs may represent a reference example of the product rather than the exact individual item.
Customers should carefully review the complete product description before placing an order.
21. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without providing a reason, unless one of the legal exceptions described below applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned products must be:
- returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal,
- in their original condition,
- complete with all accessories and original packaging where applicable,
- adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned goods have been inspected.
Original shipping costs will be refunded only where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us.
22. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For the protection of collectors and to preserve product integrity, certain products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used.
Returns are not accepted for:
- factory-sealed booster packs that have been opened,
- sealed booster boxes that have been opened,
- Elite Trainer Boxes after the factory seal has been broken,
- blind bags or mystery products once opened,
- collectible figures removed from sealed packaging,
- products containing redemption codes once the code has been revealed or redeemed,
- digital content or downloadable products once delivered,
- gift cards,
- custom or personalized products.
These restrictions are based on the fact that opening such products permanently affects their value, authenticity, resaleability, or introduces uncertainty regarding their contents.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights relating to defective products.
23. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
Returned items should not show evidence of:
- excessive handling,
- damage,
- misuse,
- missing components,
- broken manufacturer seals (where applicable),
- altered packaging.
If returned goods arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging by the customer, any reduction in value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
24. Refunds
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Refunds do not include:
- customs duties,
- import taxes,
- brokerage fees,
- courier handling fees,
unless required by applicable law.
25. Exchanges
Products may be exchanged only where agreed by The Infinite Collector.
Because many collectible items are limited editions or unique pieces, an identical replacement may not always be available.
If a replacement cannot be supplied, a refund or store credit may be offered.
26. Graded Cards
The Infinite Collector sells professionally graded trading cards authenticated by recognized grading companies including, but not limited to:
- PSA
- CGC
- Beckett (BGS)
- SGC
The assigned grade represents the independent opinion of the grading company.
We do not alter, modify, or influence grading results.
Customers acknowledge that grading standards may differ between grading companies and that future resubmissions could result in different grades.
The protective grading case (“slab”) may occasionally contain minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from the grading process. Unless specifically stated otherwise, such cosmetic marks on the slab itself are not considered product defects.
Returns based solely on disagreement with the assigned grade or subjective expectations regarding grading are not accepted.
27. Ungraded Trading Cards
Condition descriptions for ungraded cards are based on our honest assessment.
Common condition terms include:
- Mint (M)
- Near Mint (NM)
- Excellent (EX)
- Lightly Played (LP)
- Moderately Played (MP)
- Heavily Played (HP)
- Damaged
Individual collectors may evaluate condition differently.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all available photographs before purchasing.
Minor manufacturing imperfections may exist even on pack-fresh cards.
28. Sealed Collectible Products
Factory-sealed products are sold exactly as received from manufacturers or authorized distributors.
The Infinite Collector does not guarantee:
- specific card pulls,
- rarity distribution,
- grading potential,
- investment value,
- future market prices.
Randomized contents are determined entirely by the manufacturer.
Opening a sealed product always involves an element of chance.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be requested because the customer was dissatisfied with the contents received.
29. Blind Packs and Mystery Products
Products sold as blind packs, mystery boxes, mystery figures, or randomized collectibles contain randomly distributed contents.
By purchasing these products, customers acknowledge that:
- the contents are random,
- duplicates may occur,
- specific characters or cards cannot be requested unless explicitly stated,
- dissatisfaction with randomized contents is not considered a product defect.
30. Products with Redemption Codes
Some products include digital redemption codes, promotional codes, or online rewards.
Unless otherwise stated:
- codes are unused at the time of sale,
- codes should be redeemed according to the publisher’s instructions,
- expiration dates (if any) are determined by the publisher,
- The Infinite Collector cannot guarantee future validity once publisher support has ended.
Products containing revealed or redeemed codes cannot be returned.
31. Manufacturer Defects
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where appropriate, we may request:
- photographs,
- videos,
- serial numbers,
- proof of purchase.
Manufacturer defects will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and, where appropriate, the manufacturer’s warranty policies.
32. Authenticity Guarantee
The Infinite Collector is committed to selling authentic products.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- all trading cards are genuine,
- all graded cards are authenticated by their grading companies,
- all sealed products are genuine manufacturer products,
- all branded merchandise is authentic.
If credible evidence demonstrates that a product sold by us is counterfeit, we will work with the customer to investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable laws.
Our authenticity guarantee does not apply to products that have been modified, altered, damaged after delivery, or authenticated by unauthorized third parties.

33. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Infinite Collector and Ascendant Studio s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase or use of products sold through our website.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected product, except where a greater liability is required under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
34. Intellectual Property
All content available on The Infinite Collector website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, photographs (unless otherwise credited), website design, icons, and other materials, is the property of The Infinite Collector, Ascendant Studio s.r.o., or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
All third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, game titles, and product names, including but not limited to Pokémon®, Magic: The Gathering®, Disney®, Valve®, Dota 2®, LEGO®, PSA®, and CGC®, remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on this website is solely for the purpose of identifying genuine products offered for sale.
35. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- use the website for fraudulent or illegal activities;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
- upload malicious software or harmful code;
- misuse product reviews or customer communication systems;
- engage in automated scraping, data mining, or similar activities without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.
36. Privacy

37. Force Majeure
The Infinite Collector shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

- government actions,
- strikes,
- transportation disruptions,
- customs delays,
- internet outages,
- supplier failures,
- cyberattacks,
- power failures.
Performance of our obligations will be suspended for the duration of such events.
38. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence provide additional rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights shall remain unaffected.
39. Consumer Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union and a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution procedures available under applicable law.

40. Severability

The invalid provision shall be replaced, where possible, by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
41. No Waiver
Failure by The Infinite Collector to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
42. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically before placing an order.
Continued use of the website following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
43. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced on our website, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and The Infinite Collector regarding the purchase of products and use of our website.
They supersede all previous communications, agreements, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
